Through dedicated focus on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, social connection, and avoidance of risky substances we can prevent, or even reverse, most chronic disease.
About Us
Experience
Volney Willett, MD has over 20 years of experience as a family medicine physician. He has worked with all ages both in and outside the hospital. He has spent the last 7 years in Dickinson, ND as a clinic physician and inpatient hospitalist.
Insight
By working within the traditional healthcare system Dr. Willett has seen the problems of health and medical organizations. Too much time and money is spent on administrative tasks and not enough time spent with the patient. Patients concerns aren't addressed because there just isn't time in typical primary care.
A new approach to healthcare
It is time for a return to the small medical office that looks after the patient. Lifestyle medicine is concerned about the person and not the interest of administrators, pharmaceutical companies, and big business.
